As much as many young people are dealing with the mental health so are all of us across the age and life spectrum
A big driver I feel is linked to our 24/7 obsession with our phones and the attention addiction that content platforms (aka social media) have created
One remedy is to punctuate every day with physical activity that forces our attention on lifting weights, turning the pedals of a bike or Zwift, taking the next step and just simply looking at the leaves turning brown, the clouds in the sky (unless all grey) and the mist in the air.
Your mental health feels so much healthier.
To start, have you tried just allocating 25 minutes as a kick-off to exercise say 3 days a week?
