Our management and leadership practices originate from Taylorism, only marginally changing over the last 20 years!
Yet the 5 most valuable companies are worth $7.5 trillion combined - Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Alphabet and Tesla have created a REVOLUTION in business. Arcadia Top Shop went in to administration with a loss of 20k jobs because Philip Green did not believe in technology. So I propose to you we need a REVOLUTION in leadership and management to lead our people in a way they will thrive in 2021 and beyond.
